The association
Founded in 2023, Grand Paris Climat is an association that brings together the Greater Paris Metropolitan Area and the eight local Energy and Climate Agencies (ALEC) and « Espaces Conseil France Rénov’ » (ECFR) within its jurisdiction. These agencies and « Espaces Conseil » provide you with free, independent information, advice, and support for renovating your home. The primary goal of Grand Paris Climat is to accelerate the momentum of energy renovation.
We bring together the eight local agencies that provide information, advice, and support for home renovation across the Greater Paris Metropolitan area.

To achieve this, the association :
- Supports the ALEC-ECFR within the metropolitan area to facilitate households’ access to the local public services they provide;
- Pools resources and tools for all ALEC-ECFR;
- Leads and contributes to the ongoing training of the metropolitan network of France Rénov’ advisors;
- Develops partnerships with renovation professionals;
- Assists in seeking funding, particularly from European sources;
- Advocates for and amplifies the voice of metropolitan actors in energy renovation and climate.
